So, I’ve finally gotten around to writing the letter to the child I’m sponsoring. The information package arrived this month, and I’m sure she’s eager to find out who I am. It will take a while till the letter arrives. I better get it sent within the week. ^^;
The girl I’m sponsoring is Koulako Conde, a 4-year old from Guinea, to be precise from the Kissidougou region. Now, I knew about Guinea being part of Africa and all, but of course I’ve never heard the names of all these places before… She looks so cute, I’m sure she’ll grow up to be a beautiful girl.
I’m not sure as to the extent I should post about her here… So I’ll leave it at that for now. In the end, I figure that all the stuff I know is still kinda personal, so yeah.
I haven’t done much yet, but it already feels kind of rewarding… hard to explain, really.
