WARNING: F*CKING RANT WITH F*CKING SWEARING!!!
So, since now it has been A MONTH since I handed my laptop in, I took the liberty of calling Future Shop this morning to find out just what is going on.
Well…
Those f*cking bastards haven’t even started on it yet! I’ve waited a f*cking month without a f*cking computer that I need for f*cking homework! (Essays and the like)
Apparently the *cough*asshole*cough* that took my laptop back then somehow -forgot- to mention that, even though I signed for having them safely store what’s on my harddrive, THEY ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO TRANSFER CUSTOMER FILES ON THEIR HARDDRIVES. The alternatives?
Paying f*cking $80 -per- 10GB CD they use for my data (are you f*cking kidding me?), or buy an external harddrive on which they can back everything up.
Obviously I went with the latter, but Jesus f*cking Christ!
I’ve pointlessly waited a month because apparently they awaited a call from me as to how/where to store the data. WHAT THE FUCK GIVES?
Nobody told me that.
And, I’m not getting a loaned laptop or anything as replacement either. Where do those guys live? The f*cking moon?
I NEED A COMPUTER FOR SCHOOL. Not in 2 weeks, -now- .
Bastards. Thieves. Assholes.
I know everyone makes mistakes, but this one is costing ME, not them. It should NOT be this way.

If it wasn’t for the fact that my computer was under their warranty, I bet I could be typing this from my (fixed) laptop as we speak.
